Shou Sumiyaki Dinning

Introduces the same concept as sumiyaki dinning using Japan’s latest technology ‘smokeless charcoal griller’ where customers can enjoy a Japanese style charcoal barbeque in a ‘smoke free’ environment.
At Shou we carefully select the finest ingredients for sumiyaki, the beef are Premium Grade F-1 grain fed Black Wagu Beef, a special breed of Japanese black cow and Australian Angus Cow.

The F-1 Black Wagu is grain fed for over 400 days.  The pork is a special breed of black hair pig ‘Berkshire Kurobuta Pork’ the texture is extra juicy and tender with a hint of marble fat.  The finest seafood, from around the world including extra large snow crab leg from Japan.

With such fresh ingredients, seasoning is minimal only with a hint of sea salt accompanied with a set of our four home-made sauces.  Once the ingredients is cooked into your liking remove from and dip into our home-made sauce, Yakiniku Barbeque Sauce, Mustard & Miso Sauce, Spicy garlic & Miso and Sea Salt & Lemon.
