Imported from Japan, what you are looking at is an M5 that literally melts in your mouth. Available on request, so make sure you put it in the ‘special requests’ when making your booking. 

One of the rarest cuts of Fresh ingredients are very important when it comes to Japanese charcoal grill. We are known for the wide selection of Wagyu Beef cuts, apart from premium Wagyu Beef, we also important our Kobe Wagyu Beef from Japan, it is famous for the great amount of marbling, which means it literally melts in your mouth.

With such fresh ingredients, seasoning is minimal only with a hint of sea salt accompanied with a set of our four home-made sauces.  Once the ingredients is cooked into your liking remove from and dip into our home-made sauce, Yakiniku Barbeque Sauce, Mustard & Miso Sauce, Spicy garlic & Miso and Sea Salt & Lemon.
