One of the rarest cuts of Fresh ingredients are very important when it comes to Japanese charcoal grill. We are known for the wide selection of Wagyu Beef cuts, apart from premium Wagyu Beef, we also important our Ozaki Wagyu Beef from Japan, it is famous for the great amount of marbling, which means it literally melts in your mouth.

With such fresh ingredients, seasoning is minimal only with a hint of sea salt accompanied with a set of our four home-made sauces.  Once the ingredients is cooked into your liking remove from and dip into our home-made sauce, Yakiniku Barbeque Sauce, Mustard & Miso Sauce, Spicy garlic & Miso and Sea Salt & Lemon.

Japan has a global reputation for magnificently tender and high-quality domestic wagyu beef. There are many delicious varieties of wagyu, but we serve Ozaki Wagyu Beef, Kagoshima Wagyu Beef and Hida Wagyu Beef are considered one of the very best. 

Kagoshima Black cattle are blessed with the sun and natural surroundings of a warm tropical island. The principal characteristics of the meat are its tenderness and full-bodied flavour, together with well-balanced fat marbling throughout the muscle fibres.

The feed for Ozaki cattle is comprises 15 kinds of feed, such as grass from the meadow, moist barley mash. The mature meat not only possesses a sublime texture, but is flavoursome with a sweetness that emerges as you chew.

The main differences of Hida beef from other wagyu can be found in its muscle and marbling. The snowlike mesh of marbling not only permeates the tender steaks cut from the loin but is also woven throughout other cuts as well, which gives Hida beef its distinctive juiciness.
